In 1976, Robert Kennedy and Janet Kennedy founded Ken-Air Indoor Air Quality, Inc., in Portland, Texas. The small coastal town grew as a bedroom community to the expanding urban area of Corpus Christi. This fueled the need for HVAC services in Portland, TX. Since then, our family owned business continues to expand throughout the entire Greater Coastal Bend.
